Community and Public Safety

Safety First

Advocate for the strengthening of local law enforcement and community partnerships to ensure Fulshear remains a safe place for families to live and work.

Proper street lightings that are proportionately positioned and evenly placed.

Push for comprehensive disaster response plans that can handle both natural and man-made emergencies effectively.

Support neighborhood watch programs and encourage open communication between residents and the police.

Work with local and county officials to improve traffic flow through better signal timing, additional turning lanes, and alternative routes.

Advocate for more sidewalks, crosswalks, and bike lanes to make the city safer for non-drivers, especially children and seniors.

Support Small Businesses

Creates Local Jobs

Local businesses hire local people and keep our community working.

Local businesses expand the tax base, reducing the burden on homeowners.

Responsible Growth

Protect What Makes Fulshear Special

Growth should never come at the cost of our small-town character, safety, and sense of community. Every decision must protect the charm and values that brought families here in the first place.

Infrastructure should come first. We should never have to play catch-up

Public safety and children’s safety must guide zoning and development decisions. Residential, commercial, and industrial planning should always consider long-term community impact.

Responsible growth means strengthening the businesses and families already here. We should prioritize policies that help local entrepreneurs thrive and create family-friendly spaces that build community bonds.

Community Engagement

After-School Programs

Expand and support after-school programs that provide safe spaces for students to engage in academic enrichment and recreational activities.

Soccer, basketball, and other recreational activities to keep community active.

Bringing families together for fun, connection, and safe outdoor entertainment under the stars.

Music, dance, and creative arts to foster self-expression.

Programs in partnership with local first responders to educate families on safety and leadership.

I would recommend we have more townhalll style engagement. When we talk, issues are avoided and or addressed in a timely manner.

Create leadership development programs to engage young people in community decision-making, providing them with the tools to become future leaders.

Work to identify and address challenges that young people face, including mental health issues, substance abuse prevention, and access to career development.
