I’m E. Brown Otu, a proud resident of the Pecan Ridge subdivision in Fulshear, where I live with my wife, our two sons, and a community of wonderful neighbors. As a local business owner, experienced project manager, and member of St. Faustina Catholic Church, I’m deeply committed to our city’s future. I’m a Christian who values family and believes that protecting our children, supporting thoughtful growth, and maintaining the character of our community are key to keeping Fulshear a great place to live. I have lived in Texas for 15 years and proudly called Fulshear home since 2023.
I have over 10 years experience as a project manager and scrum master, leading multiple teams across the healthcare, construction, finance, oil and gas, insurance, and IT sectors.
A proud member of the Fulshear Regional Chamber of Commerce, where I actively support local businesses and engage with fellow community leaders to help strengthen our local economy and foster meaningful connections throughout the region.
I am currently enrolled in the Fulshear Citizens Police Academy to gain a deeper understanding of law enforcement and public safety.
